Service are too bad..they marked the order ready but you still have to wait one hour..and they also didn’t take the orders from customers. customers comes and go without placing an order. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

Food is good they always cook to preference. But they will put you on hold and never pick up. They need a policy in place for overwhelmed staff. Shouldn’t be lying about hold times bc the lobby is full. They need to be able to suspend phone orders when the queue is full. Simple recording: “hello please order in store or online we are not taking phone orders at this time.” I was trying to make an adjustment to my online order. Two seconds. But bc they probly require them to take all orders they feel compelled to lie and keep customers on hold indefinitely. My order was $60 on a Thursday btw. Why would I go work in a plant 6 days a week, get paid and choose to spend my hard earned wages somewhere I’m not respected? AFTER I spent. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

This is the worst wingstop I have ever been to. The employees are inattentive and extremely slow. My DoorDash order was supposed to be ready and I waited 20 minutes with no update and eventually just had to cancel the order I was picking up and leave. This place is terrible. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
