The recipe for success of this restaurant is its good chicken. The friendly staff works hard, stays positive and makes this place wonderful. The fast service is a great benefit of Wingstop. From the guests' point of view, the atmosphere is exotic. But many visitors who use Google didn't give this place a high rating.

I just want to give a shout out to the crew of 3 that was working at the Eagan Wing Stop tonight (6/8/26). Shortly before I came in around 5:45 to 6PM, a bus of middle school athletes came in and clearly all ordered separately. There were so many of them. The three people behind the counter were working so hard and they all kept smiles on their faces. I was highly impressed with them all. That's not an easy job. Management/owners - please commend them on their great work. We will be back for the great food and for the very courteous service from your staff. Meal type: Dinner

Worst wingstop ever. Rotating employees...and then expect the store to run when the GM doesn't respond. Also, writing into the state...not safe to eat here. Maybe train your employees...be avalible for phone calls. Don't just throw stuff on their shoulders without proper training. Josh should be fired. Mn has employment laws that GMs should follow. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
