The crew member was very knowledgeable about the online ordering platform (I believe her name was Adriana). She clearly explained how to navigate the website and provided detailed information about the ordering process. Her positive attitude stood out throughout our interactions. She instructed me to place my order online to receive the "30 for 30" deal. Despite my wife calling the restaurant twice and asking several questions regarding my specific wing preparation preferences—extra wet with lemon pepper seasoning, cooked lightly (not too hard), and all flats (for an additional $3.00)—her positive and professional attitude remained consistent. She was patient, helpful, and attentive to my concerns, making the ordering experience pleasant and enjoyable. Price per person: $30–40 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I dont remember the young man's name at the register the night of Friday the 22nd but he was Hispanic. He went above and beyond to make sure our experience went well. I watched as he greeted all the customers who came in. He was very polite/courteous to everyone who entered. He communicated very well and sis a great job in letting us know when our order would be ready ,and accommodating our request. I will return just because of him! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Great customer service and experience at Wingstop (Store #925). Food was fresh, wings were crispy and flavorful, and the fries were on point. Staff was friendly and quick. Definitely coming back.
