This restaurant should be recommended for good fried chicken wings, boneless wings and honey wings. Based on the reviewers' opinions, waiters offer great lemonade. The Garner location was my first experience with a Wingstop & my first visit was awesome. Walked in, placed my order at the counter, staff were friendly & pleasant. Food was good. Got a 6pc bone-in wing meal with fries. Wings were large & crispy just how I like them. Fries were ok, was a bit taken by surprise that they had a sweet seasoning added. No big deal, I just didn’t eat much of the fries. My SECOND visit was last weekend. Ordered delivery: Two 8pc bone-in wing meals with fries & this time I knew to modify the fry seasoning. Our meal was delivered & opened both boxes to find THE SMALLEST WINGS I’ve ever seen. Not just a few of them, ALL of them were these puny little wings with hardly ANY meat at all. Our 2 meals were ABSOLUTELY NOT worth the $30+ paid (this did not include the delivery driver tip, just the food). Wingstop Garner DO BETTER or lose customers!!! If it doesn’t look like a meal you’d pay $30+ for then don’t serve it to your customers either!!! Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1

This Wingstop has some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced. The food is always delicious, but the customer service is consistently disappointing. The other day, we went in about 30 minutes before closing, and the employees told us they were no longer serving customers because they wanted to go home. Today, I tried placing an order over the phone, and the employee immediately said they were not taking phone orders and that I had to use the app instead. Even when picking up food, the staff often seem unfriendly and uninterested in helping customers. If this had been my first experience with Wingstop, I probably would not have gone back. Thankfully, I know that not all Wingstop locations operate this way because I've had much better experiences at other locations. I love wings, and Wing Stop does a good bbq wing. Unfortunately, they were out of both Dr. Pepper and Hi-C Fruit Punch on their fountain machine without replacement syrup bags. The staff were very professional and checked for both drinks when I asked despite the place beong pretty busy. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
