Went in an hour before close, I walked in and the workers instantly rolled their eyes talking among themselves, I ordered door dash pick up so they didn't need to work so hard and talk to me but when I got my order I didn't know which cup was the 20oz that came with my order so I asked "excuse me which is the 20oz" and one of the lady's working walked over grabbed the cup and slammed it down and walked away without saying a word.. Overall my food was good but the service was absolutely terrible even just for a pick up.. I work customer service and get off late, so I understand the frustration but I didn't even interact with them to be treated how I did, I just genuinely asked a question? Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Their online system has cost them a customer permanently. Their system will charge your card and not allow your order to go through. When you call they know about it, say it happens all the time and I have to wait 30 minutes for the charge to drop off then submit the order again? You think people want to wait 1 hr to re order and get food when they tried over an hour ago? Nope, you clearly don’t understand the food industry of you think people will wait over an hour for wing stop. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
