I have always loved Wingstop. It’s good wings made quick (as long as you’re willing to wait 10+ minutes). Typically I’ve never had a problem with the food itself. As a service industry worker myself, in fact, a General Manager, I 100% understand the complexity of hiring and interviewing candidates for this type of job, and turnover. However, at this Wingstop this past year, the turnover has been insanely high. Tonight, I went inside to place a to-go order in person. I’ve never seen the woman at the counter before, but my god. I would like to think Wingstop has a dress code, and I’m sure they do, but this woman is not following it. She had her shirt completely unbuttoned and was in a tank top underneath, with her boobs practically hanging out. To add, what looked like a disposable vape was placed between her breasts in her unbuttoned shirt. Extremely visible. Me personally, I wasn’t offended by her as a person because she was a very sweet girl with a good attitude, but my god. Either management was not present, or this location needs new management. Or both. Last I checked this isn’t Twin Peaks or Hooters. If I had a daughter or son with me and brought her/him inside to order my takeout, I would have been very upset by the sexualization of a Wingstop employee. Otherwise, food is always delicious, that’s why this review is getting two stars. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5

The last two times I’ve done doordashing at Wingstop the service has been terrible, which has been a surprise to me because always before I could expect very good service. There appears to be at least one new employee who has altered the atmosphere—rather than the professional behavior I could always expect before, now the guys are playing around, wasting time, dashers are experiencing longer wait times, and the employee who seems to be new has loudly said inappropriate things. I used to appreciate getting offers from Wingstop later in the evenings. Now when I see them pop up I wonder if my experience will be more negative than positive. It is likely I will just no longer accept orders from Wingstop.

The older gentleman that took my order was so very nice. I did a walk in order and I was in and out in less than ten minutes. The food was delicious. I highly recommend this Wingstop. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $30–40 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
