I just order 20 wings and large Fries. When I came to pick up, the gentleman (older possibly hispanic accent, dark thin / balding hair) asked for my name, I gave name and I also said 20 wings with Fries. I just got home and no Fries. Yes I should have checked but generally if properly managed a customer shouldn't always have to check an order. Then why order and then have something missing to only have to wait for the missing item. That means ordering online is useless. I am calling at this time and I am on super hold. its nearly 945pm, there were people there but not super busy or their prime time. Which tells me there are lots of complaints or they don't want to take calls. Please provide refund for Fries. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4

The experience here is best as take out during lunch time. Cajun and atomic are great flavors if you don’t mind a little spice. Too small to comfortably eat here if you’re in the front tables you’ll have people loitering around you in line. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3

THIS IS ESSENTIALLY ROBBERY I placed a $107.40 delivery order on Dec 22, 2025 through the Wingstop app. Due to their mistake, the order was never delivered. Instead of fixing it, the store told me the food was “sitting there” and that I had to come pick it up—despite paying for delivery. I was hung up on, bounced between multiple employees, and eventually told by the shift manager that they would not deliver, not cancel, and not refund my order (about 1 hour of my time). They treated me like it was my problem since my food was sitting there. Let’s be clear: taking a customer’s money, refusing to provide the service paid for, and refusing to issue a refund is, for all practical purposes, robbery. I was promised a call from the district manager. That call never came. Warning to customers: If this location makes a mistake, they will keep your money and take zero responsibility. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable. Price per person: $100+ Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
