Thank you ANDREA AND SAMANTHA !!!!! for being amazing. I’m pretty sure I think that’s your name. We did not get your name but the order for ANGE on 5/5/26 at around 2 PM was amazing. You were quick you were fast and you gave My Daughter amazing customer service we had just left earlier from another restaurant who gave us horrible experience but thank you. The food was amazing. The service was spectacular. God bless you. Hopefully they give you a raise because you are amazing. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Really disappointed with my experience at Wingstop. I spent $69 on food and even asked if everything was in the bag before leaving. After a 10-minute drive home with a crying toddler, I realized the wings meant for my kids were missing. When I called, I was told to hold for the manager & when the next person answered, they mentioned that the manager wouldn’t be there until tomorrow. Staff first mentioned I could get the missing wings and a refund, then clarified to one or the other when I asked if the wings would be ready by the time I pick them up again. That’s not okay, I shouldn’t have to drive back and spend more gas to fix their mistake, especially without proper resolution. I was told to call back tomorrow for a manager, which is frustrating considering this issue happened on their end. Overall, very poor service & very frustrated that we could not get it resolved immediately. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2 Order type: Takeaway Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $60–70
