Wingstop Order #8952926188 Writing this post as proof that I placed an order from this location on the Wingstop website and never received it. It’s been over an hour since I placed it and watched several door dashers come and go but my order never showed picked up, only waiting for order. I finally called at 12am and the manager on staff was extremely annoyed and unprofessional. They refused to give me their name but stated that my door dasher had left with my order and stole it. I informed them about the tracking and they said the tracker doesn’t work on their website or DoorDash but call back tmrw for a refund. I thought that was strange because I have never had any issues before nor should I have to wait to have my money refunded for an order that I did not receive. Even more concerning was the tone and aggression of the “Night Manager” when I was completely calm and just wanted to know the status of my order. But if the service is this bad over the phone I can only imagine what’s it’s like in person! Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $30–40 Service: 1

I normally don’t leave reviews, but I had to after the service I got from Perry at Wingstop. You can tell immediately when someone actually cares about the customer experience and the store itself. Perry stayed professional under pressure, kept the energy positive, moved with urgency, and still made customers feel welcomed even during busy moments. What stood out most is that Perry works beyond the position title. Most employees just do the minimum — Perry pays attention to detail, helps keep things flowing, communicates well with customers and coworkers, and carries leadership energy naturally. The store honestly felt more organized because of him. As a customer, employees like this are the reason people come back. Management and ownership should pay attention to team members like Perry because they represent the brand extremely well and have clear leadership potential. Keep him around and invest in him. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
