Okay, know that I am a wing snob! If you have a restaurant with "wing" in the name, you better dang sure know how to cook a wing properly. Do not bring me some soggy half cooked wing that's still pink around the bone, that's nasty! Of all of the places on the west side of town that have "Wing" in their name, Wingstop is the ONLY one that knows how to cook a wing properly. Top that off with fast friendly service, tasty sauces and good sides, Wingstop is the best place to get wings in West Knoxville! Price per person: $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Ordered food at 9:50 for a 10:30 pick up. I showed up early and still didn't get my order until 10:50. While in the store they allowed a man to walk in with a mostly empty bottle of southern comfort and did not remove him. ( Update) they sent me an I'm sorry and a link to provide contact info to make it right. I provided all relevant info and have heard nothing. They reached out publicly to mitigate damage but never followed through. They are not sorry it is only a public ploy to make them look better. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $90–100 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Deborah was absolutely amazing! Even under pressure she went above and beyond! Shout out to her for being calm with only her and one other, especially being busy like they were (Amy I believe was the other) power team for real! :) Meal type: Dinner Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
