Sadly disappointed. Submitted an online order and order was set to be picked up at a certain time and I headed to the store and realized what a bad decision it was to order on Super bowl at Wingstop. There were about 30 people waiting for food and some had been there an hour. I asked if I could cancel my order and the cashier told me they were unable to and to see if I could online. The online order actually states to contact the store. If orders are overloaded there should be a way to stop or cancel orders. Service: 1 Order type: Takeaway
