My whole order is wrong, I had to back in to ask for the large fry that was missing and the cashier handed me this small fry. The fry’s are supposed to be plain with no seasoning. Unfortunately, not one thing is correct in my order. There are some people that won’t be able to have the dinner I paid for because of this, unfortunately. I’m sure the staff are trying their best but no one is answering the phone and this is unacceptable to accept. I will be requesting a refund, respectfully. Kara Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The wings are fine, you get what you pay for quality-wise. The service is where my issues are Used to order online but my last two orders have been screwed up. Order 1: Door Dash picked up the wrong order: someone with my first name got my order and I got his. Perhaps not Wingstop's fault on its own, but when I called to handle it and get my actual order, the employee who answered put me on hold for a half hour. I waited for a half hour for some kind of response. I finally drove over myself, stayed on hold the entire time, and found the guy who took my call leaning against the cooking station talking to an employee while the phone laid on the counter off the hook. The lady who helped me sort things out was very nice, but that doesn't make up for spending nearly two hours just to get the right order, not to mention I received no kind of apology from the guy who actually left me on hold Order 2: Tonight I ordered my food and they sent the wrong order again, only this time it wasn't a name mixup. They put the wrong sauce on my wings. I get there and the guy is frustratingly dismissive of the whole thing. I got my wings finally but, again, I'm left waiting an hour and a half just to get my order sorted Suffice to say this is not a one-off experience and I will be ordering my wings elsewhere from now on Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30

Food is always good but the employees do not take care of business. I scheduled an hour ahead my order for a specific time. They made us wait 15 minutes past the scheduled time. This is frustrating when you schedule it ahead of time for a specific time. Then the two girls working made it seem like we were being irrational for wanting our food on time. Not everyone can sit and wait for an extra 15 minutes. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4
