If I could give this location 5+ rating stars for service I would. I visited 5/28/26 and was treated with respect right as I came into the restaurant to place an order and was offered services like an extra plate and trash pick up when done eating.I believe the person’s name is Karen (name on Receipt)She was very kind to me and others when I was there.The food I ordered which was 6pc boneless original hot wings + Seasoned fries + drink was very good in quality and temperature. The interior of the restaurant was also being well kept clean:tables being cleaned,counters being clean,door entrance being cleaned,coke freestyle machine all being cleaned by Karen.The restrooms were also clean.Every other employees working here are very friendly also.Overall a great experience.will consider coming here more often for the service i received. Conveniently located on the West Side of Madison At Highland Gates Shopping Center. Price per person: $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Food came out hot and fresh. Wings were a little on the small side when compared to my previous order. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Tastes like any other Wingstop chain. Store is clean and staff are friendly enough. Unfortunately they have gotten at least 1 item wrong on every online order pickup we've ever made. Service: Take out Price per person: $10–20
