I ordered and it said it would be ready in 15 min. I arrive and still had to wait an additional 35 minutes in the store for my food. Had to complain twice to finally get my order. All I ordered was 15 wings that should not take over 45 minutes. This is always an occurrence with this location

I decided to give this Wingstop a try since it’s the closest to my home. I called in they did pick up quickly. Ordered get to the restaurant my order was already ready when the expected time wasn’t until much later. Grab my food and the fries were cold to begin with. I asked for fresh fries and they did give me a new batch and apology. My wings were all cold as well once I arrived home. Lemon people were to salty and greasy and my wings were suppose to be Cajun we’re just original hot. I asked for well done and also did not receive this. Was not my best experience since I was really craving some wings. Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

By far this is the best wing stop yet. The new manager you have there is amazing. He has gotten his crew to work properly, fast and friendly. I do doordash and i hardly ever have a pick up order ready at any other restaurant. They have a great system of working and getting the orders out fast. Very friendly staff also. This manager should show all the restaurants how to get orders out fast and with a smile. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
