At this restaurant, visitors can have tasty chicken wings, pepper chicken and crispy fries. Clients don't highly appreciate lemonade at Wingstop. This place with takeaway dishes is suitable for those guests who like to have supper on the go. Most people have noticed that the staff is accommodating here. Good service is something that guests would like to improve here. The atmosphere is nice, many visitors enjoy the style of this spot. I wouldn’t encourage a dog to eat here. I placed an online order and picked it up. The cashier told me to check my order, and I did. I was so stuck on the fact that she didn’t hand me a drink cup that I didn’t realize that I also didn’t get my corn. She made me show her the bag to see that I didn’t have the drink that I ordered, and then handed me a cup. I left and when I got to my apt, I realized I was missing my corn. I don’t live far away, so I wasn’t upset. I just went back. It’s $4 corn!!!! When I came in, I told her that I was so stuck on my missing drink that I didn’t process that I was also missing my corn. She said “so you didn’t check your order like I told you to?” I said “I did” but I didn’t process that I didn’t have the corn. Mind you, she works at Wingstop. It’s her job to check the order more than it’s mine. She gets an attitude and huffs and puffs. Thankfully the GM in training and the store manager were so nice, but during my whole visit, she proceeded to talk loudly about how I claimed I checked my order and had an attitude for no reason. She accused me of having an attitude initially when I wasn’t upset until she acted like she had to travel to Thailand and back to find some corn to fry. I should’ve just gotten a refund but I accepted the corn and left. I didn’t ask for free food or my now lukewarm food to be remade. I just wanted the corn that I had already paid for. This is the closest wingstop to me, but I’d rather drive further out for better customer service from people who aren’t mad at the world because of $4 corn. The wings are usually fine it’s the sides and sauces. We ordered a LARGE FRY and this is NOT $5.00 worth of fries and only 1 ranch for 20 wings is absurd Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1

I've tried giving Wingstop multiple chances, but every time I come here at night to pick up an order, it's the same experience. The place is always overwhelmingly busy, and the lobby is so small that there's barely any room to stand while waiting. It constantly feels understaffed, which leads to long wait times even when orders are supposed to be ready. Unfortunately, the issues don't stop there. My orders often seem to be missing items or have mistakes, which is frustrating after already waiting so long. I understand that busy nights can be challenging, but when the same problems happen repeatedly, it starts to feel like a pattern rather than an exception. Overall, the food can be good, but the pickup experience has consistently been disappointing. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $30–40
