We ordered 15 classic wings and received boneless, tried calling back and was hung up on twice. We also asked for 2 sweet teas with no ice and the drinks contained ice. We ordered the combo drinks fries and classic wings spending $30 for an incorrect order Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

This location does not have a dining room. Can’t dine in here. —- Employees need to make sure to put straws inside of the bag for DoorDash orders that have drinks. The delivery drivers are not supposed to open the bags. I had to open multiple bags today (March 10, 2026) to our straws in the bags. The employees need to come to an agreement and an understanding on this. —

By far the dirtiest, nastiest, foul-smelling, unprofessional, unpleasant Wingstop around town. The attitude of the manager and staff, matches the smell of the facility. I am not sure if the foul smell of rotten food and moldy toilet wind has affected the ability of the staff to cook food properly but it is a definitely a disconnect between quality and trash. The quality of crap that comes out of that kitchen is atrocious and should be studied. The staff is providing burnt, spoiled, inedible food that is an insult to the patronize of that location. And the unprofessional manager who has the fake chain on who doesn’t want to provide her name, condones the foolishness by thinking she is being nice by redoing burnt food. It is the job of the restaurant to provide great service and food the time of service no one should have to return to your establishment a second time because you can’t get it right! Shut it down and provide the community with a newly clean establishment with adequate employees! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
