My daughter and I were so excited to try this as we love great chicken wings. We had never noticed this place tucked over by Kroger. We went there the last day of school May ‘26. There were 4 orders ahead of us. We proceeded to wait. The only ones there. The 4 orders ahead of us played on phones. After 15 minutes, we placed our order. We should have left. The 2 workers present seemed “high” or something. I’m still not sure. 45 minutes later we got our food and left. It was ok but not worth an hour of waiting or the price being charged. We will not be going back. Price per person: $20–30 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

They took my order, charged me, but then said it was too late for service. It took minutes to take my money, but it takes 7 business days to give it back. Service: 1

Gregory was friendly and polite as soon as we entered the establishment. He offered us a sample of a new flavor while we were looking at the menu and let us try samples of flavors we were interested in. He was very thorough with our options and making sure he got everything we wanted correct. Gregory even explained that we can have as many flavors as we wanted, risking that the order could become more complicated he still offered it. No other establishment does this locally and no other wingstop has had this level of service. The food was cooked fresh and tasted phenomenal. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
