Planning your trip, pay attention to Batterson Park Pond and remember to choose where to eat: this restaurant is right aside the mentioned place of interest. According to the visitors' opinions, waiters serve good boneless wings and tasty crispy fries here. Food delivery is an important advantage of Wingstop. The success of this place would be impossible without the accommodating staff. Enjoyable service is something that guests would like to improve here. There is lovely atmosphere at this spot, as clients find it. But google users haven't given this restaurant a high rating.

I waited over an hour for an order that was said would be here within 31 minutes. I received someone else's food, was missing a drink, and everything was cold. One of the bags was also evidently opened. I've called several times to try and address the issue and they will not pick up the phone. They apparently close at 1am and I'm calling at around 7PM. I would give 0 stars if I could. Food: 1 Service: 1 Price per person: $10–20

Updated 1-Star Review (If Negative Stars Existed, They’d Earn Them) I’m updating my review specifically because of the individual pictured here. I come into this location almost daily. Not occasionally—daily. And every single time I walk in, I purchase something. Whether it’s wings, a drink, or even just a brownie, I am consistently spending money at this establishment. Which is what makes the way I’m treated here even more ridiculous. Despite being a regular, I am consistently met with rude, dismissive, and unprofessional behavior from staff—especially the gentleman pictured. His attitude toward customers is unacceptable. Basic courtesy seems completely absent, and interactions feel more like an inconvenience to him than part of his job. At this point, it’s honestly confusing why I keep coming back, because the experience is consistently negative. That said, I want to be fair: the woman in the background with the broom is the only exception. She has been the only employee who has shown kindness, professionalism, and respect. She deserves recognition—5 stars for her alone. Everyone else? The complete opposite. This location has serious issues with customer service, and unless something changes, it’s hard to justify supporting a business that treats paying, repeat customers this way . 1-Star Review (and honestly, if I could give this place negative stars, I would) I just had the single worst experience of my entire life at any restaurant, anywhere, at the Wingstop in New Britain, CT. If I could rate this location below zero, I wouldn’t hesitate. I walked in just trying to buy something small so I could use the restroom. I suffer from Crohn’s disease, and when you have Crohn’s, access to a bathroom isn’t some cute luxury—it’s a medical necessity. Their bathrooms were locked, and they told me only paying customers can use them. Fine. I asked to purchase a brownie so I could legally qualify as a “paying customer.” One employee—the man working the front counter—spoke to me with the most arrogant, demeaning tone I’ve ever encountered in food service. He actually mocked me for buying a brownie just to use the restroom. Yes—he laughed at a medical situation. Even after I paid, two employees acted like they were doing me a favor by unlocking a bathroom that their own policy required me to pay to use. Then, while I was finally using the restroom, that same employee pounded on the door like I was being raided by law enforcement. Absolutely unacceptable. I came out, shocked, and he literally laughed in my face. Let me be extremely clear: The behavior of the two male employees here was rude, disrespectful, unprofessional, and downright hostile. I have NEVER been talked to or treated like this at any restaurant—not fast food, not fine dining, not ever. The only decent person in the entire establishment was a young woman who actually showed basic human empathy, but she was ignored and overruled by the men working alongside her. This Wingstop was filthy in attitude, filthy in service, and filthy in basic humanity. I genuinely hope Wingstop corporate reads this, because this isn’t just bad service—it’s discriminatory treatment toward a customer with a medical condition. Save yourself the disrespect. Do NOT visit this Wingstop. Price per person: $1–10 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
