Ordered online 2 hours before hand, got there 20 minutes early and thry told me my order had not even come up on their system. It's not the employee's fault. But when someone orders $150 worth of food, maybe give your employees ample time to get the order done on time. They were still quick, took them 25 minutes past when jt should have. Price per person: CA$20–30

Ordered off Uber Eats and got 2 game night bundles. Both of the bundles were missing 6 tenders each so a total of 12. Uber compensated only 2$. On top of that as I was eating a boneless wing, I realized it’s a ball of dough fried up and sauced up counter as 1 piece wing. Pls look at this photo and tell me that this is considered a wing. It’s absolutely disgusting and terrible service. Wingstop is too expensive to be playing around like this. The store won’t even accept calls. Price per person: CA$20–30 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

The wait is always long even if there is no one inside ordering and you order online. They crossed my line after a half hour wait from ordering 15 minutes prior online and I found a half eaten wing in my order when I got home! This is unacceptable the customer service is trash! I’m at one side of the counter to receive my order the girl goes to the opposite end of the counter to give me my order..: please make it make sense !! When I do eat the other wings they are dry and the sauce is to the bare minimum (are they bringing it home ..) Price per person: CA$20–30 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
