One of the best wing places I’ve ever had, first time trying wingstop and won’t be the last! I’m hoping they bring a location to southern Oregon! So much better than Buffalo Wild Wings. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Service on 2/25/24 totally unacceptable and unprofessional. The manager displayed an unprofessional demeanor. We received our order by Door Dash and immediately saw that it was incorrect. We called the store and were given an unprofessional response. I drove the order back to the store. The manager (name unknown) greeted me with an arrogant attitude. All that was required was an apology. I ultimately received the correct food order. When I asked for an apology for their mistake, she smirked at me, turned her back and walked away. Is this the code of conduct and customer service procedure?
I have been a customer of Wing Stop for many years, but there won’t be future visits to your stores.
I implore you to revisit your employees customer service training to assure that they are receiving the ultimate instruction.
