A lot of guests point out that waiters offer perfectly cooked boneless wings, fried chicken wings and rolls here. Delicious tea is waiting for you at this restaurant. Wingstop offers food delivery for the convenience of its customers. Most visitors note that the staff is energetic at this place. Many people mention that the service is decent. The quiet atmosphere makes a good impression on reviewers. But a number of clients who use Google didn't grant this place a high rating.

This place could really use friendlier employees assisting customers in the front. The girl with the locs/ braids seems to be annoyed everytime she has to help someone yall should probably move her somewhere else where she will actually be of use instead of being rude to customers walking in. The associates greeted you upon entry, they were all well mannered. I mean even the cooks in the back were greeting customers as they walked in. It sounded like a choir. They were attentive and very nice. Tanya and Yazmin were the ones helping me and they were great!! I love to see a store like this. It’s clean and the music is great for the atmosphere!! If I could give a 10 I certainly would!! Great Job Red Oak Wingstop Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

NEVER order from Red Oak location! Worst wings in DFW AREA! I placed an order for a party. The guest expressed dissatisfaction and stated they had never had wings made so badly. The wings had no flavor & were under cooked. I contacted the store and asked them to remake the wings. I gave proof of purchase. MJ accused me of lying about the taste of the wings, the order and experience. The wings weren't remade and I didn't get a refund.
