I visited this location and had a very unpleasant experience with one of the employees. When they first acknowledged me and started taking my order, I tried explaining what I wanted, but the employee immediately sighed/exhaled in frustration and asked for my name in a rude tone. After I gave my name, he said, “What do you want?” very dismissively. I told him I wanted the 30 pc classic crew pack and asked for buffalo flavor, mentioning mild hot. Instead of politely clarifying, he looked at me and said, “That’s the same thing,” in a rude and condescending tone. At that point, I felt uncomfortable and disrespected, so I told him to forget the order. As I walked away, he giggled, which made the situation even more unprofessional. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

As someone who loves Wingstop, I would not order from this location. Horrible customer service! Food is thrown together. It never fails that they forget half your order! Dan seems bothered when a delivery order comes in asking for the rest of their food. Then false promises of getting a call from the general manager, Anna! I would rather make the drive to Wing Spot. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
