I was picking up an order and it was 92 degrees outside. I was all sweating. So I asked if I could please have a cup of water. The girl by the counter asked the other person, probably a manager, and he said no, no reason given. I just think this is uncompassionate and miserable. I don't want to get anyone fired, but they need to train employees on basic courtesy.

They make it so imposible to get your orders.. first you have to say the name order.. then show the exact credit card you paid with.. then not good enough proof now you need to show the email of the order placed.. no wonder people are forgetting them and ordering elsewhere Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Shoutout to Charles at Wingstop! Charles provided excellent customer service—friendly, professional, and super attentive. He made sure my order was right and kept a positive attitude the whole time.
