Ordered online at 7:03pm, order indicated 16 to 21 min.... it's been an hr and I'm still waiting for my order.... it seems like they are priorities door dash or in store orders.... I e asked multiple times about my order and they keep telling me it's coming. Store is disgustingly dirty, counter is covered in order receipts.. I'm never doing this to myself again.... this is ridiculous!!!! Received order at 8:09 pm..... employee was throwing bags onto the counter.... never again!!!! Worst place to get wings. Waited for my food that i ordered online . Noticed RAW chicken was being touched with NO GLOVES and employee just wiped his hands and began touching orders and other things. I polietly asked the team memeber to cancel my order and refund me my money and kept being asked why i was cancelling my order and i finally told them it was due to the food saftey and what i assume is the manager said "This is how all wingstops do it" and that id get my refund within 7-10 buisness days. They didnt do anything to show my order was indeed cancelled or provide any proof of a refund. This is unacceptable and unsafe to the public.
