Went and ordered bone in and over cook almost broke a tooth employees very unfriendly manager unprofessional charges for everything ask for my Cajun wings to be wet charges horrible t th time this happened Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $30–40 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I want to point out that this particular Wingstop location is one of the dirtiest I've visited though not the absolute worst. It's unclear to me whether the franchise conducts regular inspections of its stores, but based on the condition of this one, it doesn't seem like cleanliness and maintenance are a priority. The dining area was neglected, with sticky, poorly stocked drink stations and an overall lack of cleanliness. It’s disappointing to see such low standards when it comes to the environment where both employees work and customers dine. As for the food, it’s consistently average—not terrible, but not great either. I believe part of the issue lies in how employees are trained and managed. Uniforms, for instance, can help bring back a sense of pride and professionalism in the workplace. A clean, well-presented team can often lead to better food quality and customer service. Additionally, staff could benefit from better training in customer interaction and hospitality. I’m sharing this feedback in the hope that conditions improve in the future. Unfortunately, I’ve seen multiple Wingstop locations with similar issues, so this might be a broader problem across the chain. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
