As I was picking up my order they gave the wrong person my food they walked in with my food from digging all in the bag, and then tried to hand me that same bag that they just dig in and then when I asked them to remake it, they tried to gaslight me and said that they remade it when I sat there and watched them not remake it

I am not sure why this store is open and refusing services to customers...the excuse for my order was...the other person is going on break. Please order online. So if this location feels like they only make money from doordash, please do that exclusively...because having an open store and refusing customer orders? Everything about this store is basically below a one star Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I had an unfortunate experience with Wingstop in San Ramon. In the app, Pleasanton was clearly selected, and even after placing the order, it still showed Pleasanton. Yet the order went to San Ramon. Pleasanton’s manager remade it (I paid again) and sent me to San Ramon for a refund. San Ramon’s response: unprofessional. No greeting, just “hello.” When I asked for the manager, I was told “hold on” or “5 or 10 minutes,” then hung up on repeatedly. I still have no resolution or refund. This lack of service is unacceptable and must be corrected by management Price per person: $30–40 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
