I have lived in Schertz for 15+ years & have eaten at this Wingstop more times than I could count. However, my last 3 orders, all which were placed online have been messed up. Things ranging from ordering the corn (x3) without the Cajun seasoning that I cannot eat only to get it with the seasoning I cannot eat each time. My last order, I checked the corn while still in the store, so it was corrected. I always order my wings cooked a little longer, only once in the last 3 orders were they actually cooked that way. My last order, picked up this past Saturday, was all flats. NOT WHAT I ORDERED. I will not be going to this location again since they have messed up each of my recent orders. Hopefully they hire a staff that reads the actual order instead of just looking at it before someone with a food sensitivity has an issue & the store finds itself in a lawsuit.

Service is the worst. Order my food online at 1pm and get there at 1:25pm and they say they didnt start my order. Cashier then said it will take 15 minutes so I leave and come back 10 minutes later and cashier said there is no celery sticks. So she asked if I wanted to replace them with fries. I said yes and that took 15 minutes. Had to come back to store because ordered the wings wrong and the manager fixed it for me. Then I found out they were short handed today. So I came back to add 2 stars to review. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $40–50 Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3
