My biggest complaints, and why I don’t give more stars, is because customers don’t receive a SMALL RANCH with their wing order OR even with the Celery, Like MOST WING places! Thats really CHEAP and disappointing of you as a company Wingstop. As well, the wings have been overcooked to the point of the bone inside being cracked open anf shattered -making it where you can’t eat it -(on few occasions ordering here at this location). HOWEVER,. When they are cooked right, the wings here are very delicious! Overall, I would be more inclined to order more often if this wasn’t the case. Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4 Service: Takeaway Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30

After a long and stressful shift in at work, sometimes all you want to do is pick up food and go straight home. I called the restaurant about 15 minutes in advance and placed my order over the phone. I was told my order would be ready in 15 minutes. I arrived in the parking lot a few minutes after placing the call and waited in my vehicle to give them extra time. Once the 15 minutes had passed, I went inside expecting to simply pay and pick up my food. Instead, I was told my order was in the system but had not been prepared. The explanation given was that phone orders are not started until payment is made because some customers don’t pick them up. This defeats the entire purpose of calling ahead and is a complete waste of people’s time. Service: 1
