The workers seem cool but this place is not a great representation of wing stop. Seems outdated, need a proper cleaning all over and some more lights. Its gloomy in there and wait time is unpredictable. You may wait 10 min or 45 minutes even if you ordered online. Also, fries not always fresh. For that to be one of your staples please always serve fresh fries and dont over work the staff if thats the problem. Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 2

I had a very bad experience at the Wingstop location on N University Dr in Tamarac, FL, on September 2, 2026. The night-shift manager spoke to me in a very rude and disrespectful manner simply because I asked about the veteran discount. I found her attitude completely unnecessary and offensive. While I was still in the restaurant, I contacted Wingstop’s headquarters to report the situation. After she realized I was making a complaint, she came back and continued trying to argue with me, even though I repeatedly told her that I did not want to speak with her. Her behavior was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. A manager should know how to handle customer concerns calmly and professionally, regardless of the situation. I do not believe the way she treated me was appropriate for someone representing the company in a management position. I am extremely disappointed with this experience and hope Wingstop takes this complaint seriously and addresses the manager’s conduct appropriately. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Order type: Takeaway Price per person: $20–30

I have never experienced something so disgusting in my life the behaviors I saw at this restaurant was despicable. Let me let you know I am a black American So there is no racism about me. Let me also let you know that I work in customer service for the government so there was no reason for the disgusting service that I witness. When I 1st walked in I witness a lady upset about her order after waiting a long time she was not rude but they started arguing with the customer and throw her bag to her. The customer left and that is when a pregnant( ignorant) worker come from the back to go outside to confront the customer stating she was going to fight her. There were a few workers playing around outside that had to hold her back. Then another lady customer come in and all her food is falling out the bottom of her bag she asked for a manager but she never came and they were being rude and laughing in her face. I then told her I was waiting for my food for along time but she ignored me. My order was placed at 315 because I ask the made me wait longer. I left there at 415.
