This place is consistently missing items from orders and they expect you to return to the store in order to pick up what was missed. They would not replace the entire order but wanted the rest of the food we ordered to be cold. It seems that the consequence for their mistake is on me rather than on them, which is why I now have to take wingstop out of my options for eating in The Colony. The staff is extremely rude and called me a liar when I told them that the order was not right. I am attempting to reach out to wings165 LLC and see if the franchise owner will be able to do anything about the service in their store. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

We did order ahead for pickup for a specific time. It was superbowl Sunday and very busy, but we expected that. My son had a lemon pepper chicken sandwich for the first time amd loved it. Fries were great as always. I had lemon pepper bone-in wings. Unfortunately they were very dry. We would go again and hope next time the wings are better. Meal type: Dinner Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3
