It was a busy night, and I waited quite a while, which was totally fine. However, I only received 5 pieces in my 6-piece combo. I also tried calling to get this resolved, but no one picked up the phone. Please double-check orders before serving them to customers. Thank you! Meal type: Other Price per person: $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Hey Eva, we're very sorry that you were missing a piece from your 6-piece combo and that you weren't able to reach us by phone. We understand how frustrating that must have been, especially after waiting during a busy time. Due to the high volume that night, we were unable to answer every call, but please know that our guests are always our first priority. We would love the opportunity to make things right and provide you with a better Wingstop experience. Please reach out to us at church@wingcanada.com so we can assist you further. Thanks.

Wingstop has been a favorite for a while. We've been to several locations but frequent this one often since it's closer to work. Service is good, staff friendly and food hot and delicious. Lots of variety with flavors. The corn and fries are yummy. Not the cleanest of locations, most likely because of the high traffic of customers. Usually a short wait for a table. Not the most convenient for families with small children since it doesn't have a lot of regular tables. Some of them are too high for smaller kids. Parking is a challenge. Takeout is a good option. A must if you love chicken wings. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $50–60

Hey Lubana, thank you for taking the time to share such detailed feedback and for being a loyal Wingstop guest. We’re glad you enjoy the hot food, friendly service, and wide variety of flavours—especially the wings, corn, and fries. We also appreciate your comments about cleanliness, seating setup for families, parking, and wait times. This kind of feedback is very helpful. We’re happy to be your convenient spot near work and look forward to serving you again soon.
