Manager Jay at Cheltenham was very cool, helpful, and helpful in making sure customer was satisfied with order and help. I would come back just because of his amazing service and kindness. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4 Order type: Takeaway Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30

I placed a DoorDash order this morning and what I got was disgusting. One of my tenders had a literal BITE MARK in it. Like someone actually took a bite out of my food before bagging it. And it gets worse. My lemonade cup was filthy — the inside was so dirty I wouldn’t even let my dog drink out of it. I’m extremely disappointed and honestly upset that I paid for this. I reached out and couldn’t even get a refund. Zero accountability. Wingstop, this is unacceptable. Do better. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
