Nicely cooked pan pizza and tasty chicken have a nice taste. This pizzeria offers food delivery for the convenience of its customers. A number of visitors suppose that employees are gracious at this place. Spectacular service is something that people don't like at Pizza Hut. This place hasn't earned a high rating from Google users.

I checked in for my curbside order at the time it said it would be ready. I saw an employee talking to a guy, so I wasn’t sure if he was ordering so I gave it a minute. I waited in my car for over 10 minutes, and the employee looked at me several times, but never came out with my food. Then I believe her daughter went in and they were all hanging out, so I finally got out of my car and she pulled my pizza out of the warmer. It had been ready the entire time I was there waiting outside but she was too busy hanging out to bring my pizza to me. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $1–10 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Worst customer service experience ever. The store attempted to deliver our order via Doordash. Supposedly, the order was delivered to us, as communicated by Doordash or the Pizza Hut app or both. However, the order was never delivered. We tried to contact the Doordash driver but he never responded by text or phone call. Then, we tried to contact the store, but when you call the store, you are actually calling a call center. The call center rep tried to transfer us to the store, but we ended up back at the call center about 4-5 times. Come to find out, the store's phone was either disconnected or "wasn't working." We finally got a Pizza Hut customer service rep (not from the actual store, another call center instead) to issue us a refund. Horrible customer experience, with no pizza to show for it. They can do better. Service: Delivery
