We just had a weirdly bad experience at this coffee shop. A little hungry after an eye appointment, my wife and I stopped for a snack. After looking at the displayed baked items, my wife ordered a date square and I ordered a scone. We paid over nine dollars, but we were hungry. My scone was in a napkin and my wife was handed something wrapped in plastic. She looked and said "This is not a date square." The woman replied that it was. "But it's not, this has nuts." "It's a date square." When my wife unwrapped it and took a bite, it was not a date square. It was banana loaf. She lined back up to exchange the banana loaf for a date square. When she pointed out that what she was given was clearly the item on display next to the date square, she was told "We can't sell those." Because my scone looked like a scone, she asked to exchange what she did not order for a scone. That would require issuing a refund and then a further charge for the scone. With a growing line behind her, my wife opted just for a refund. Oh, and the scone was stale.

Every year before my eye exam I have a coffee here and every year, it's the worst coffee ever. Watered down and flavorless. This is your core product! Do better. Meal type: Other Price per person: $1–10
