My second visit here and was not disappointed. The iced coffee and hot latte are delicious and presentable. We enjoy the location with a free parking lot nearby. The interior is tranquil with the greenery, flowers and boutique all in one place. Definitely looking forward to their fall specials! Fave coffee in Rochester! There's a wealth of great coffee places around town but Winter Swan takes the cake. The Dalgona Latte was decadent and so, so yummy. I only wish I could have stopped by again during my visit to ROC. Staff were friendly. The lush, upscale aesthetic in the store made the entire experience a sensory delight overall. Jessica and her team were wonderful partners at a recent charity golf tournament held at Irondequoit Country Club by the Monroe County Bar Association's Lawyers for Learning Golf Tournament. Prior to the event, Jessica was clear in her communication regarding menus, pricing, accommodations, and other event logistics. On the morning of the tournament, Jessica and her team showed up on time, setup was seamless, and their portable branded cart looked very professional. During and after service, I received numerous compliments about the quality of their beverages as they served 100 attendees with ease. After the event, Jessica sent a kind follow-up along with helpful instructions for final billing. Overall, Winter Swan Coffee was a perfect addition to our event. Jessica and her team helped make our day special with exceptional organization, quality, and customer service. We hope you will give them the opportunity to make your day special too!
