This spot is so quaint, friendly and DELICIOUS! We had Dutch Baby’s and the seasonal soda (which was coconut that day). The atmosphere is adorable. The staff was so friendly and even offered up some tips for our next stop in our travels. They also are one of the few spots that open early. Very special place! I ate at With.You this morning and as the day is going on, I think I made an absolute mistake eating there. Why? Because it’s literally all my palette is thinking about and I know it’s going to be a long, long time before I can ever got back. I highly recommend the maple bacon Dutch baby with coffee. It was perfectly cooked with excellent contrast in textures plus the bacon is some of the best I’ve ever had. I typically prefer my bacon crispy, but it was so tender with such a variety of flavors with the same bite. The staff were exceptionally professional and courteous with the dining area that felt like a cozy living room stuck in a time capsule. So even though I leave Japan without knowing when I’ll ever be back in the area, I’ll just live vicariously through everyone who decides to visit after perusing through all of these social media reviews for a great meal.
