Went on a Tuesday afternoon, great place to get your afternoon drinks in at an actual bar. The owner was great, my Japanese is minimal so we were doing most of the conversation via translation, but it went very smoothly. He's super friendly and talkative, and great magic tricks for extra entertainment. I didn't know that drink menu i just asked him if he could make 2 specific drinks, and he was like no problem. I had been wanting to check Wizard out for awhile, I'm glad i finally went there. I would definitely say foreign friendly, but if you don't speak Japanese just be cool with using a translator app if you want to have a much better time.
