Zero Stars! My husband and I took my Mom out to Wok N Roll. It was so dark in there and we were the only people in the restaurant. I did not have a good feeling about it. I should of went with my gut feeling but it isn't easy transporting my elderly Mom so we stayed. The consume soup was terrible but the noodles that were in the soup tasted like chemical to me. The oil must be very old and it made it taste like the food was bad. We tried the fried rice and it wasn't very good either. Then nothing came out for the longest time. The egg roll had some black stuff in them and I wasn't sure what was in them so we didn't eat them. We ordered the dinner for 4 so we had many dishes. The lemon chicken batter was raw and the chicken was overdone. We didn't want to be there any longer so we asked for take out containers. The lady brought out the containers but they felt slimy. That was the end of it. We left all the dished on the table and left. We didn't even taste the shrimp or chow mien dish. My husband told her that we didn't enjoy the food and she still charged us $60.00. Save your money and find another place. Will never go back again. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: CA$20–30

Place looked dark when we arrived about 5:30 pm and was empty. The woman turned on "a" light when we said we had wanted to dine in.
While waiting for our food, we could hear the micro wave buzzing in the kitchen. Our food was served at mixed temperatures. The soup was lukewarm, at best. Rice was cold. Meat was lukewarm. Vegetables were cool. We had ordered two combo meals - one lemon chicken and the other was sweet and sour pork. The lemon chicken portion was smaller than expected but acceptable. The sweet and sour pork however, was pretty much a non existent afterthought. We even had to ask for cutlery and serviettes!
Not once were we asked about the meal.
Best advice I can give you is, just wok and roll right by!!!

Tried to order the barbecue chicken, they gave me a spicey breaded chicken that looked over cooked and reused from another order. Complained only to get a half chicken that looked like it was from the supermarket across the street, reheated and sold for twice the price at half the chicken. And the ginger beef was horrible. And the lady was so rude, blamed me for ordering the wrong dish, and she still charged me extra. Wtf
