I left a review around 5 years ago, I am modifying it because the restaurant has changed ownership in the meantime and we had not tested under the new owners. Wok Thai before it was an institution, the only place to find the flavors of Thailand, we decide to go back there to see if everything is the same as before. We ordered takeout this evening (Uber) The dishes were tiny (all), we did not find the flavors of Thailand. - Tom ka kaï without flavors, water with nothing in it. - The tom yum was also bland, not lemony with 2 pieces of meat fighting a duel and mini strips of peppers? - Kao pad kai, which is nothing more or less than a Cantonese rice... with pieces of boiled chicken placed on top, 0 flavors, it's supposed to be a fried rice, a little grilled in the wok ...not a Cantonese... - The pad thai... I won't even talk about it... noodles... overcooked, the sauce not pad thai. - The woon sen salad was pretty decent though. - Moo yang, mini cubes of fat, normally they are quite thin strips, with a minimum of meat, almost no sauce. (The marinade on the other hand seemed to be good) - In terms of desserts, the kluai buat chi was also correct except for the quantity, €7.90, 1/10 of a banana... it's too much The khao niew mamuang was fine, only it would have been cool not to make it a soup... and maybe put the sauce on the side, like in Thailand, the rice got soaked, it became a kind of paté . Sad to have lost one of the only Thai addresses in Clermont Ferrand, disappointment, especially for the price. All dishes quoted for +120€, of course Uber takes 30%, but even for 90€ I would have found it excessive given the portions and flavors. I should point out that I already have around ten trips to Thailand lasting several months under my belt, my wife is Thai. (and didn't like the dishes either). Sorry for this rather spicy comment, but we fell from a height... we won't come back. Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
