If you wonder why this restaurant is close to 4.0 rating rather than 5.0 is because they don’t balance the protein well with the noodles. The noodles to protein ratio is like 90 to 10 which is low. They should balance the protein with the noodles to 70 / 30 instead. I wonder if they will improve! Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
