Entered the restaurant after 11:30 on a Saturday. One customer in front of me. Four customers behind. All alone. The owner is a one-operator, so it takes some time. Gyoza: not so good, spring rolls: good ingredients, stir-fried meat and vegetables O: low cost, Wolf miso ramen: good with lots of ingredients, fried rice: a little moist. A small Chinese restaurant in a small town. Order the special Wolf + rice set + gyoza (dumplings). The special Wolf is a ramen with bamboo shoots, shiitake mushrooms, and minced meat filling, nothing special. The gyoza is perfectly cooked with a firm skin. The dumplings are perfectly cooked and the filling is firm and filling. The restaurant has a counter with 6 seats (3 seats with a partition) and a table for 4 people. Smoking is not allowed.
