Invite your beloved with you and have good chocolate cakes, coconut cakes and ice cream. It's time to degustate delicious wine, bourbon or beer. You will hardly forget great coffee that you can try.
This place is suitable for celebrating an anniversary, a wedding or a birthday party. The success of this spot would be impossible without the well-trained staff. Cool service is something clients like here. According to the visitors' opinions, prices are low. You will appreciate the modern decor and spectacular atmosphere of this steakhouse. Wollensky's Grill is the little brother to the more popular Smith & Wollensky Restaurant. Wollensky's Grill is on the bottom while Smith & Wollensky's is on the top. A great place to dine any time at any occasion. Situated near the Chicago River and steps away from all the downtown attractions. Reservations were not necessary unless dining on the top floor but they are recommended. This restaurant was on my list of places to try since there isn't a Smith & Wollensky in the Los Angeles area. I tried the pan seared salmon which was delicious and cooked to perfection. For the appetizer I ordered a lobster bisque which had chunks of real lobster and was very filling. I also ordered Pilsner Urquell (Czech beer) to wash everything down. There were no problems from start to finish. So far one of the best meals I had in a while. This is highly recommended for those who want something other than steak. A wonderful place to dine with good food and good service in addition to a waterfront view that cannot be beat.
