An excellent French dining experience with refined presentation and well-balanced flavours. The egg yolk and uni pasta was rich, silky, and deeply umami, while the one-week dry-aged duck was perfectly cooked with beautifully crispy skin. The cheesecake was light, elegant, and a lovely finish. Attentive service and a calm, sophisticated atmosphere made the meal thoroughly enjoyable. Highly recommended.
