Had the black sesame and hojicha bingsu - black sesame was sooo good. From memory the menu said the toppings/sauces are made from scratch. Hojicha was more flavoured ice slushie than shaved ice, but flavour was still good. The staff member was friendly and helpful with allergies.

A Hidden Gem of Epic Proportions Tucked away in an unexpected corner of Busan, this place served the best Bingsu we had during our 3-week journey across Korea — and we tried plenty. The Bingsu here isn’t just delicious, it’s of epic proportions, both in size and flavor. Each bowl is a showstopper, worthy of international praise and possibly even Michelin recognition. The burned meringue Bingsu, served only after 18:30, is an absolute masterpiece with its caramelized top, cloud-like texture, and rich, balanced flavor. The strawberry and pistachio Bingsu was also incredible and beautifully layered. If you’re in Busan, this place is an unmissable stop for any dessert lover. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
