My partner and I decided to come here to celebrate after he received a raise and for my birthday. Unfortunately, what was supposed to be a nice celebration turned into a disappointing experience. Our server, Ana, was not welcoming or attentive. We let her know that we wanted to enjoy a few drinks before ordering our food, but we were asked more than once if we were ready to order. After the second time, it honestly felt unnecessary and uncomfortable, especially since we had already explained that we wanted to take our time. When we finally ordered, our food came out incorrectly. The manager had to come over and help correct the order, and by that point, one person’s food was getting cold while we waited for the issue to be fixed. We appreciated the manager stepping in and resolving the food issue, but unfortunately, the attitude and customer service from our server never improved. We did not ask for a discount or special treatment. We paid our bill in full, which was over $100, and simply expected the basic level of courtesy and respect that customers deserve—especially when celebrating a special occasion. The food may have been fine, but the service completely took away from what was supposed to be a special celebration. Ordered to go. I'm not sure I will be back. The rolls are great, but kind of tough. I ordered the BBQ sauce on the side. Didn't get it. Ordered butter for the corn on the cob. Did get it. Food was okay. Not sure it was worth the cost. Beef ribs were probably the best item. And the rolls. But I love garlic and they have some! Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $70–80

Checked out Wood Ranch Burbank and had a really good experience. The barbecue was flavorful, tender, and served in generous portions that were easy to enjoy. The restaurant has a warm, casual atmosphere and the staff were friendly and attentive throughout the meal. Great spot for barbecue and comfort food
