this review is solely on the food and service. we were staying at Sycamore and it only takes about 10 minutes to walk there for freshly made breakfast! the food is simple and basic BUT delicious. had the french onion soup and the breakfast burrito. the soup is so flavorful and it was like a hug to my stomach on a chilly day. The breakfast burrito with chorizo is so good! even without the sour cream and salsa provided, it was moist. there are also lunch and dinner menu with their daily specials. there are few types of coffee and i got the darkest roast. i take my coffee black and that coffee is good! also have to mention the staff is super friendly!

We we out-of-towners stoping by on our way to the beach. I ordered a quiche which I watched them remove from the display case and heat up in a microwave. I also went to the restroom and an employee sneezed in front of me on may way to the bathroom. 9 hours later I spent the worst night of my life puking my guts up. Before the visit, I was 100% healthy and happy. I either got food poisoning from the quiche which who knows how long it had been sitting in the display case or the employee whose sneeze cloud I walked into. Clearly, they might need to update their sanitation standards and make sure their employees cover their mouths when they sneeze. Anyways, the food poisoning messed up my entire digestive system and I have been trying to return it back to how it was before I visited Woodstone Marketplace. I wish I had never stopped here. Aside from the food and employee sanitation issues, the food was not all that great. My quiche was mediocre and the scone i ordered was dry. Service was poor as we were initially indecisive on what to get. The lady behind the counter was impatient and clearly was not amused with out-of-towner friendliness or indecision. Woodstone Market place was one of the worst decisions of my life.
