I picked up some food for a co-worker and I during my break. I got wings, and my co-worker got the Philly Cheesesteak, with fries and a sweet tea. I paid and got the food from them not long after. When I was leaving, I forgot to grab the sweet tea for my co-worker. The cook and cashier noticed and followed me out of the food court, and flagged me down to hand me the tea. To be that customer focused, and go above and beyond, is almost foreign now-a-days. I will definitely be a regular customer for them.
