A quiet, retro cafe frequented by locals and ran by friendly ladies, it’s a great place to stop for breakfast, lunch, or dessert. They have morning sets until 10:30a.m. I love their ice cream zenzai - it’s the best zenzai I’ve ever had. They seem to have a good selection of Japanese books and magazines to read, and the decorations are very homey. The seats are comfortable and everything is delicious.
