I recently ordered a wrap and was quite disappointed with the experience. The wrap was served cold, which significantly affected the taste and overall quality. Additionally, the portion size was much smaller than expected, especially considering the price charged. As a customer, I expect better value for money and proper food quality standards. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and improvements are made in both portion size and serving quality.
