I've been here 3 times now, first time was okay. The other two, however, went from bad to worse. During my last visit, they forgot our order, and after 45 mins of waiting I politely asked when our meals would come. Their response? They said they had a big online order come in and will have our food out in 5 mins. Note this, reader: no one has come into the cafe to pick any up orders, there were none laid out ready to go, and no one came to pick up anything later either. Another 15 mins go by, I follow up again and they say it will be 5 mins, at this point we know for a fact they've forgotten our order and have lied to our faces. Again, another 15 mins go by and the food finally comes out. It was average, and definitely over priced for what you get. The young staff was apologetic about the delay, meanwhile the older manager was unapproachable and showed no care. This place looks nice, but don't make the same mistake I did - there are better places to spend your money where the staff don't ignore you and actually value you as a customer. Wren Cafe offers a fabulous atmosphere where you chill with friends or work on you computer. Their team a friendly and helpful and the food is amazing. Their coffee is the best on Lunn ave and would definitely recommend them Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Delicious coffee and amazingly outstanding baked goods. You can actually taste the love in every bite. Everyday of my holiday in Auckland started here. Service: Dine in Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: NZ$10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
